Subject: Is there a program to help me find all the things (downloads) in Poser?

quick and dirty way of finding most of it: load Windows Explorer, goto to the root Poser directory and do a search on ".png,.jpg" - this will bring up the thumbnail images of all the stuff you've installed (not 100% as it's bound to miss some of it, or will find other stuff you don't need), but it'll give you an idea what you've got and where it is personally I only extract the geometries and textures to the default locations in the zip (so I don't have to bother changing the cr2's), but manually extract the props/poses/characters etc into my own folders - keeps it tidy, and also you mentally keep track of where the files you need are - takes marginally longer to do it, but pays back a lot when you're trying to find anything
