bsteph2069 The main subject is the tree with the ruin as a secondary feature on an otherwise barren landscape; the model was for a sense of scale. I understand your comments, and appreciate that it is an unusual way to photograph a model; however I did get what I was aiming for. Never been one to stick entirely to the rules, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. I also done some tighter compositions with the model as a primary focus, whish also turned out pretty well. However they are for a competition so I am unable to upload them at this time. I dont like to crop in the physical sense as IMO it is a waste of print resolution. Its just my way. Tedz I guess we all know enough to be critiques on some things, and not enough to be critiques on others. How the artist perceives the work that he/she produces is not necessarily how people see it. I always welcome opinion, sometime others see things that I dont, never hurts to have an objective opinion.
