The main problem is people don't vote, if you look at today's Top 20 the first has 34 votes and the last only 16 votes. Is easy to arrange some friends and family to vote and you can have 20/30 or more votes. Instead if people were voting would be very much difficult to arrange 100 or 200 votes, unless you have a large family as "the Maffia".......
