I take it the current SmartDraw is not the same app momodot? The one I saw on PCWorld(http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,2015,00.asp) for DL has a Win 3.1 version which is pretty darned old. Here's a link to a ;ot of vector drawing apps. maybe Microsoft's new Acrylic might have something that you can use.
