Momodot: I just tried a Flash 3 trial from a 1998 cover cd - never throw anything away :-) - and it was all there. The strictness settings in the latest Flash can be found under Edit - Preferences - Editing - Drawing settings. I even managed to draw a triangle that turned into a square...
