Ok. A prop is nothing more than a model that is imported into Poser then saved to the library. You'll need a 3Dmodeling program to make one on your own. There are several to choose from. And some of the most popular ones are listed here at the right under Software Forums. As for making a prop poseable: We talked Spike through the process here on this board a while ago.
