This statement makes it sound like your computer has some kind of virus to me: *"Then I went to the folder on my hard drive to open it up and it started to put itself into another folder each time. Now it in ten folders deep and I even change the name to "aim" let say; but it will make a new folder on it on with the org. name "folder4" I ndid this four times but it doing it still"* Viruses are know to replicate themselves in multiple folders/directories to make them harder to get rid of. Did you use the Windows "built in" cd burning functions or something like Easy CD Creator or Nero? Most CD burning software does not remove the original files from your harddrive. You might be able to get the files back using a file recovery application. The link is a google search for freeware version...might be worth a look a some of these.
