The maximum that I could render in P6 SR1 was 8 V3s, all with different hair and different hires textures, at 1600x1200px. Athlon64 3500+, 4 GB RAM. No way P4 could have handled even half that amount.
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
