It usually asks for your password as the Zip or Postal code that was used when shipping the program to you or during registration. If you're in the US, it could be your zip+four code...enter it as it normally appears on your mail including the dash between the zip code and the postal route/carrier number. Took me a couple tries the first time until I looked more closely at what it says and remembered the extra numbers. Kevin
