I agree with this problem as a new user myself. I wish I could just open a new product and have it work. I feel lie I need to do major surgery in cutting all the files aart and droping them in where they should be. This is not easy . . . What I am learning to do is to use the links in the program files in Windows to open the program for Poser and then sort all the doucments of a character pack where they need to go. I wish I could tell you how to do this . . . but I cannot yet since I am working with this same issue. A request to Curious Labs. . . please make this much easier to do. It is quite frustrating.
