Now, e-on is indeed way too paranoid about serials, since they're all available on a P2P network near you, and we are the ones who need to keep records of all these boring numbers. I guess you're gonna need to find this BOT5-### for lightTune, maybe you kept a record of the mail e-on sent you after you bought the module? I know I've written down all my serials on my manuals, and on my computer too.
