If it even exists. Some kind of dynamic cloth tool for D|S is an obvious thing to do, but I don't think DAZ have even hinted that they are working on one (there was a mysterious Weight parameter showing up at one stage, but I suspect that would be more likely to be connected to the joint system than dynamics).
