So allow me to quote one of the moderators on this matter..... "Like I said in the previous thread, every week, we post a link to the backroom where we post links to the images that we, as staff, have chosen as the best that we could see while monitoring the galleries." That's not the only time a statement like this has been made, if I would search a bit more I could come up with more, but this one does just well. This one came from one of the Hot20 threads.
