Hi Strangechilde. I'm afraid I'm not going to be of much help (I can model a little, but I'm not very good at it...) But you state: "I'm not too fussed, but what I want is something along the lines of what this guy is wearing:" I see no picture.. If you have one, attach it to a new post. Maybe an indication of what you actually wanted would help? After all there are several style of "turban" (I'm sure that the wearers have dfifferent names for all the different styles, but in English, "turban" covers a great variety.
