Actually, a turban would not be on the easy side, no wraps would be easy but would not look good, even with a good texture and bumps. Displacement might work for the details, but I still think you would need a basic turban shape. And as said before, there are Sikh turbans, Egyptian turbans etc. and since it's a cultural thing, I wouldn't want to put that amount of effort into something that might offend someone. Your photo reminds me of the Sikh variety, but I'm ignorant of the whole topic really. And I would need to find a photo of the back of the thing, which might be hard to find. I might have to ask someone to photograph him, or learn to wrap one myself.

Could I interest you in a nice fez? ;) That would be easy.

But I'll see what I can do. I'll play around with it, I'm thinking that I could use a turban prop too, and that I'm not alone.
