the right wing has reversed or inward facing polygons on the interior side of the wing (corresponding to the interior wing material)
I used PolyTrans to load in the .OBJ file and reverse the manually (very easy to do) and then re-saved the object again.
one thing to remember is that you must keep the obj groups. otherwise the bone setup will no longer work! this is why you are seeing really dark right wing, if you swing the camera around to the back, the right wing will look as if its lit like the left wing in you image above, and the left wing will look like the right wing in your image above! this is because the polygons are facing the wrong way, and so are showing the lighting on the opposite side to what you should actaully see.
