Well I am sorry you didn't get a responce at that time. Not sure what happened, but I can give you an answer now. In our old store software if an item was in your cart before the sale started, it stayed at the price it was at when you put it in the cart. So to get the sale price you would need to delete them from your cart and re-add them. Currently the new store software will require this as well until we get that updated.
