Sure. Just render to separate images, then use some 'GIF construction' application to put them together. You can find lots of free apps for that purpose... One thing to watch out for: If you're going to put the GIF on the web, the practical speed limit is about 10 frames per second. Internet Explorer will never play a GIF faster than that, no matter what the GIF's header claims. So plan your frames in Poser to look good at 10 per second, or slower.
