Peggy, I highly recommend the ZBrush Introduction DVD from the Gnomon Workshop. Meats Meier is an excellent tutor and explains here the ZBrush basics really well and easy to understand. The ZBrush interface and its whole use is very special, especially if you come from a 'normal' 3d program like bryce or cinema. Believe me, I bit more than once into my desk when things worked in ZBrush absolutely different from what I was used to from other progs.
