I agree, lol. It's far easier if you film the video. I don't know any "royalty free videos" website. Also, beware of the copyright stuff. However if that were to be used ONLY for personal purposes (and not to be published anywhere, including the internet) you could very well grab a movie and do whatever you want to do. And yes, you can post as much as you want.
