The clothing needs to fit one of the supported figures for it to work with Wardrobe Wizard. It can convert to a morphed figure but it can not convert from a morphed figure. If your modifications only apply to the joint parameters there will not be a problem. Also remember that V1 and V2 are effectively the same figure so far as Wardrobe Wizard is concerned.
