...I would FIRE whoever is running it! They must be running the server off an old 486 with a low grade telecom connection! I (and I believe DAZ) use VERIO for PROFESSIONAL LEVEL internet service. I've been using them for nearly 10 years and they have NEVER failed EVER. 24-7 Service, HUGE Servers, HUGE Switches, HUGE Back-Up, MASSIVE Network Connections right on the MAIN Internet PIPES. NTT- Japan's "AT&T" bought the company a few years ago, but VERIO is run totally independently- and in fact was the main advisory company for Japan's massive Internet Upgrading.
