I am a first time buyer and I have been waiting hours for my download link. Got verification from you that was paid, got verification from paypal that I made a transaction and was paid. Still no download for my purchases. If you are asking for a pin number maybe you should put that request when someone purchases. Maybe someday I will get my download for the 3 items I purchased or will have to shop somewhere else. Seems where I have made other puchases has never been a problem. Oooops.... don't get it here. I bet if you purchased something you would like to get your product-item.
