at my parents house in the UK, I have a 50 page manual from one of the companies listing what we could do, don't and what the company was responsible for on the website. I am taking my information from that, which was drawn up by the lawyers on the 4th floor over a period of abou six months, (I know this, since I was the one fixing the computers).
