Your Rights or Remedies When stopped or Confronted for Photography

after reading the article, I would imagine the images this particular photographer was taking may have been inappropriate.. much like the mirror attached to the tip of the shoe trick.. still innocent until proven guilty

& with the world today.. we do need to take care where & who we photograph i was stopped in the mall by security for taking photos, but the mall is private property.. wouldn't want to be accused of scoping it out to blow it up later
