Sometimes I have a terrible time logging in there using Mozilla-Firefox. I would empty my cookies and temp internet files, passwords and form information. The other day when I was having trouble, I checked and for some reason the form information and passwords weren't being deleted when I clicked "Clear". I had to do those manually in the window. Once I did that I managed to login no problem.
