This is a really execellent question. If you have Poser 5 or 6 you could, but only as a final animated movie. Setup your scene. save it. Now Animate the mech as a sequence, (example turning it's head around), next save the mech sequence as an animated pose. Now render out an avi. Make the video the same size and aspect ratio as the control panel. Do a save as but NOT a save. Load the first scene, this time point the camera at the panel and the mech in the background. Apply the saved animated pose to the mech. Now apply the video as a texture to the control panel. You may need to tweak the settings on the video texture to get the timing right, as sometimes the 1st few frames may turn black. Also don't forget to consider the end of the animated sequence/avi. Will it loop or end. Then you might wish to add some static images to the end of your panels clip in a video editor.
