I second the KymJ recommendation. She does attractive older characters at very good prices. There aren't a lot of elderly characters available, and many of those that do exist show old people as evil wizards, wicked witches, etc. Not what you want for Meals on Wheels.

Another possibility is the "Grandparents Rudy and Trudy" package by SubTigee.

I don't think I've seen a walker, but check out Ziggie's free stuff. He made a bunch of hospital stuff. Including a wheel chair and some sets of crutches that might be useful.
