Chuck, I guess because they didn't make to many bottles out of those colors??? All these pieces came from what people through into the ocean, and yes to you Kimmers I do live on an island and I love to walk the beaches, over time a couple of pocket fulls add up. I also have a large collection of agates too. Each day more wash up on the beach so I haven't depleted the source at all... Akemi
