So here's what YARP's latest news release (on the Senosoft website) says- October 17th Announcing P3dO 1.7.8 P3dO Explorer 1.7.7 "Well, well. Seems like everybody's eager to see that 1.8 and I have still lot of things to do. Here's how it goes : Since the beginning of september I can't stop adding new stuff to the release. As a consequence I see the 1.8 could take another month to be available. People who are waiting for updates - like Vue users for the Vue 5 thumbnails - will have their stuff now, and others will be able to request improvements while the release is still under construction. Since it is not an official version 1.7.8 won't be available on the download page. Come back next week on this page to see where to get it." So- I haven't seen anything there SO FAR- that says anyone has to PAY for this P3dO update! YARP has been an EXTREMELY generous guy (Of course- some must SUSPECT he has an EVIL Purpose for his generosity!!!) He DOES sell a PRO version- but that's because it has a LOT more features than the standard version. I personally don't own the Pro Version...
