In the UK, there were a bunch of obsolete laws removed from the statues a few (10? 15? I forget) years ago. They included (I paraphrase, 'cos I never saw the original wording): A cab-driver must always carry a bale of hay in the back for the benefit of the horse. An exception to the "public exposure" rules: A cab driver or a pregnant woman may urinate against the offside rear wheel. NB. "offside" means the side that's not against the pavement (or sidewalk, for US English speakers). (Hope that's not against the TOS..) All policemen should walk in the gutter. I was rather annoyed that that last one was removed..:-)) They're the only ones I remember... Cheers, Diolma
