Just to add to the confusion, some of the DAZ models have interchangeable morphs and textures, too. Examples: Victoria 3 and Stephanie Petite can share some of the same morphs right out of the box. Not all of the morphs are compatible but you can use a utility called Unimesh Morph Transfer to get them all swapped over. Several other models, David and Mike 3 also have this characteristic. All the "Unimesh" models are pretty much texture compatible, with a few minor differences. One exception is Aiko 3, who, although will accept V3/M3/SP/David textures, can't use the default MATs for these models, since A3 has extra material zones on the legs. Older DAZ models, Mike 1 and 2 (the same mesh, except for the built in morphs) can share textures with Stephanie (the original Steph, that is) since they are based on the same mesh.
