I'm sure that's the one that Rick was originally working on, Kenmo. It was about 3 years ago. I think he got ill and wasn't able to complete it so it was never published. But I've heard great things about his DVD set. I have the Asile set, it's very beginner-oriented, for folks that are new to Vue, period; there wasn't anything about the function editor and not much at all about procedural terrains. They may be publishing another set more geared towards the complex stuff in Infinite, but I don't know.

For folks new to 3D in general, Susan Kitchen's old Bryce books are still a good buy, imo. The majority of the information really applies across the board and isn't necessarily Bryce-specific; the stuff that is, you can figure out how to do it in Vue without much problem. You can probably still get it at Amazon. (edited for typos)
