LOL... PP, I have the patch... Remember you helped me with this exact same problem about a month ago. I can send you the patch but it does nothing for the problem and it totally screwed up my installation of DS and I had to reinstall. This problem seems to happen if your dancer goes outside of the barrier lines. When you export to BVH move your dancer to the middle of the stage to prevent it going over the barrier.
