If the head morph requires that the eyes move, then to the best of my knowledge a regular INJ pose won't achieve that, since it isn't a morph. In any case, moving the eyes with a morph would leave the joint centres in place, meaning that they wouldn't swivel properly. You may need to make a positioning pose for the eyes by hand editing.
