Heyas Bloodsong- That was noted by me in Post #6: "(And of course- these are NOT Real Time Satellite photos- they were made over a period of the last three years and merged and updated periodically.)" in Post #1: "After reading about the continuing riots in Paris, after nine days (see news link)- I went out searching for any satellite images that might also show smoke rising from Paris- but could not find any..." --Actually, I just wanted a "practical" reason to play with Google Earth's software... The other NASA data websites that cover storms, forest fires, etc. had nothing available on Paris- which I had check earler.
