Select the lashes and copy and then paste it as a new image. Its best to crop it down close I usually leave around 10 pixels (not exact) on each side to make sure I dont actually cut out part of the object. Then got File/Export/ do the name and stuff. Then it ok. Also in PSP 9 and above supports multiple folders so u can organize them in folders then at the brush selection box choose your folder at the top. This helps with organizing so your not looking through a 100 hair brushes to find an eyelash brush.
