Let me know how you like Comic Life. Maybe it will someday be ported to a PC, though the reviews sounded as if it was built off the Mac operating system, so it may be more difficult than expected. Overall, the reviews looked very good. It was weird how the PC program seemed to be focused on capturing game scenes to put into a comic. It did say that it also would bring in digital photos, so that would probably apply to most image types or at least JPGs. The odd focus may mean a compromise in what somebody might want for comic book creation. Although I didn't save the link, anybody who wants to be a better tester for a comic book creation program, do a Google search for those words. It sounded as if it might be the same as the PC program I linked, but I only quickly looked at the page and deleted it.
