Sony Finally Stops Producing Rootkits... Temporarily (see link) I also heard that McAfee and Norton has classified the SONY software as "malware"... but I can't find the link to the story. It should only be a matter of time before Ad-Aware and SpyBot produce updates to remove the SONY software. I also heard that someone has already created a virus to take advantage of the hole opened by the SONY software... though I can't find a link to that story either. I really need to write down these websites when I'm surfing the web at lunch.
