Its different enough to make a case that its not a rip off. But between you and me, the guy was definitely influenced by your design. The boiler tank at mid deck is a dead give away.

I did something similar earlier than both of you, see the link. Lemog had similar stuff in the Space Opera Challenge at CG Talk last year. Miyazaki had such airships before all of us in _Laputa: Castle in the Sky_ and _Nausicaa_. No, I wouldn't say he ripped you off.-- erlik

Those in _Laputa_ definitely were. Miyazaki has a thing for such Verne-sque flying contraptions. Lemog's airships also were steam-powered. I'd recommend going over to the link and checking it out. It's beautiful. The man is a maniac. :-) He modelled individual pieces of coal!-- erlik
