I have sent you 2 emails regarding the problem that you seem to be having. You have not responded to me as of this time. By everything I can see, you have applied the wrong MAT pose to the coat which would give you the result that you explained in your email. This is NOT a problem with my product, but rather a user issue. Be sure that you are applying the appropriate MAT poses to the appropriate clothing pieces to ensure that you get proper results with the package.
