I tried this on three rsr files (converting to pict). I could only get it to work on one. Of course, I just a country database programmer so I may may be missing something here. Oddly, the two that didn't work were from my runtime and the one that did was straight from a zip archive. Is it possible that rsr's created from pngs using P3DO won't work using this method? Apologies if that's been covered and went over my head.
