You can open PSP tubes in Photoshop, but you need an extra (free) plugin to do it. There's no way that I know of to do sprays, other than to get a copy of AlienSkin Splat! which can use tubes natively and can do the "fill" thing (as well as some interesting border effects with tubes). bonni
