I am wondering what graphics card you have.Did you set each monitor the same when you click on desktop properties. When I set up dual monitors I had to make sure both were set to max colours. How bout if you switch them around. I would say it is not anything wrong with your colour management, seeings how one is good. First I would unhook one monitor and see if the colour is ok using one only. Then hook up just the other and check that.
