oh, and i will try to be as specific with whatever problems i come across with - that's a promise. that's one of the things i've learned reading through the "help" posts. i guess i'll have to put the 4 Ps into practice once again. the 4 Ps being: Patience, Perseverance, Persistence and Profanity...lol...darn, thought i didn't have to worry about that after the divorce.
