I haven't specfically used much PC clothing but all other items, like characters, props, etc, work fine. It helps to have Poser MaConverter, by MartinC. It's available here on Renderosity, just do a search. I think it runs only in OS 9 but it helps with the conversion of PC-specific Poser items over to Macintosh. It has saved me tons of time.
