I don't have Vicky clothing pack, but regarding Mike's CP, the tie/bow tie are smart props, so you'll find them in Props "menu". For Victoria, you should open the .cr2 files with notepad and look at the path to the .obj at the beginning of the file to check if everything is ok ?! Sometimes, deleting the .rsr file in geometry folder can solve the problem ( make a backup of these files first, even if Poser will recreate them when loading the figure :).
