I don't think it's really DAZ's fault. The credit card companies and PayPal are really cracking down. Not out of morality, but because they're losing money. A lot of porn operators are scammers, selling "memberships" then taking off with the money. And a lot of porn customers claim fraud and do chargebacks (often after their spouse sees the charge on the credit card bill).

The rather heavy-handed way the credit companies and PayPal are dealing with this problem is to crack down on "porn" sites. Which they are defining as any nudity that's not of historical interest. PhilC had his PayPal account frozen because he had an image of a wireframe naked Posette on one page (for a tutorial). Wireframe, mind you. They made him put fig leaves over the naughty bits.
