You may decide to go against the EULA, but in that case YOU are BREAKING the law. In other words - what you are describing is ILLEGAL. I am not saying that the term in question is reasonable but it is legal and binding. Should Sanctum Arts have reason to - they CAN sue you for breach of contract should you break this term. --EK
