(1) Short answer: no. Longer answer: You can fake it, but don't ask me how. Plenty of threads about it here in the forum though. (2) Assuming you're using Bryce 5.5, then you will have installed Daz|Studio (D|S) as well. Save your figure in poser, then open Bryce. On the far left side of the create pallete is the D|S icon, click that. D|S will open, you can open your poser file in it, then click on the Bryce icon to get your figure, fully textured, back into Bryce. At least that's the theory.
